Centralia is the capital city of the Empire. Located on the northern edge of Centralia lake; the city was built upon a once great Ellowy city before the area was ravaged in the Goubrin Wars. The city was claimed by the Umans when the Ellowy migrated north beyond the Great Mountains. The Umans have transformed the ruins into a shining jewel of the Uman ingenuity.
