Summer Vacation

Here are a few of the highlight pictures.

Just finished a 14 State odyssey starting in Los Angeles driving Route 66 to Chicago, then northwest to Mount Rushmore, then on to the first national park Yellowstone, then returning to LA passing through Las Vegas.

It was amazing, and now I am exhausted but I will return to making art, just need to get back in the groove.

Willis Henry Thumb Comic Part 1

Willis Henry making of the comic

Making the Thumb Comic is the next step after the writing and thumbnailing. I thumbnail the whole story to get an idea of story images on paper; then I scan and chop the thumbs up and arrange them in comic format.

Willis Henry Story Thumb Part 1.3

This ends the first part of the willis henry comic.

I made the thumb version of the story after writing just to get an idea of the visuals. The drawings are no more than 1x2 inches. The small size forces me to focus on the essentials.
